RETURNS
1. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
2. We are accepting returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all the tags.
The product has to be sent to us within 14 days from the day on the receipt.
3. Please be kind to indicate if you want to return or exchange an item.
EXCHANGES
4. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
5. We accept exchage of any garmet or product that is unworn and still fitted with tags.
6. There is no charge to exchage items for a different size or item but note that it is based
on stock availability.
7. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.
8. We offer one free exchange for every item.
9. If the replacement item is less expensive than teh original, the different will be refunded
as a credit store. Alternatively may return the original item for a refund and then purchase
the new lower priced item.
10. If the replacement item is more expensive than the original one you will need to pay
the difference.
11. We proceed with the exchange once received the original item sent to us by the buyer.
REFUNDS
12. We accept any product that is unowrn or undamaged and that is despatched to us within
14 days from of receipt bu the buyer.
13. The buyer payment will be credited back to the oroginal purchaser' s bank account.
14. If the item is a SALE item, the refund will be made in store credit alternativale it can be
returned for exchange.
15. We do not cover shipping costs back to us.
16. Returns for refund are proceed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. It may
take couple of days for the buyer to receive money back on the bank account.
17. Store credit refunds will be available immediately from the moment of us receiveing
the product.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. Postage is paid by the buyer .
2. Internationa shipping is charged regardless of the weight of your order. Please contact
our customer service for the quatation. Please not thatfor the single item the shipping cost will not be more then 8 Euro.
3. We ship to all the countries.
4. Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery
services. You will receive a despatch confirmation email from our company with a tracking
link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
5. Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on
receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than home address.
6. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
7. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country
and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be.
8. Please note that within Europe , United Kingdon and Ireland there is no extra duties costs.
9. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be
made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

11. The buyer who once made the order is obligated to make a payment within 7 days.
12. The buyer who once made the order according to our Policies agrees to proceed
with the transaction without a signature.
13. We can provide a VAT Invoice and if you wish so, please fill the Invoice section at
the checkout.
14. We accept payments in Euro, Birtish Pounds,Dollars but please note that your bank
or Pay Pal might change it to Polish Zloty once we receive it.
